Purple Tulip Design  runs on Jesus, love and coffee, and is the result of over 30 years of floral design experience, a pipe dream, a divine appointment, and a beautiful friendship.  Flowers have always been a part of my life.  At 18, I did my first wedding, after a trip to the library to figure out how! It was lovely and I was hooked! I worked in a couple of retail flower shops through and after college for 10 or so years combined and operated loosely under the name of Purple Tulip Design on the side, helping my friends save money and still enjoy dreamy flowers for their weddings, and helping my family with meaningful memorial flowers for loved ones.  In January of 2021, I was offered an opportunity to adopt the business partners and clients of a well established and trusted flower business owned by some dear friends who were moving out of state. We took a leap of faith and said, "Yes" to this new adventure , made Purple Tulip Design official and incorporated it as an LLC, and I converted our garage into a full service flower studio.in true, home-business fashion!

This truly is a family business and I have my husband and my boys to thank.  Everyone has pitched in to make this all happen.  I feel so blessed to be living out a dream that I forgot I was dreaming, and thankful that God remebered! 🌷
